Before I started my training with Nadine I lacked confidence in the gym, only using the treadmill when it wasn’t too busy then going home. After months of knowing Nadine she has not only boosted my confidence tremendously she has taught me what each machine in the gym is for and how to use them properly, she has also taught me about the importance of nutrition. And with all my moaning of I can’t do anymore, she pushes me to my limit and beyond knowing what I can achieve and I feel great when I do it. I look forward to our sessions each week and know I have a forever friend in Nadine.

I joined the gym as a complete novice and my PT sessions with Nadine have really helped build my confidence. Nadine’s encouraging training style makes our sessions productive and enjoyable. As someone with no willpower, she does a great job of motivating me, as she always has my goals in mind.

I have been working with Nadine for a number of months and I’ve found it really beneficial. My confidence in the gym has grown massively and I actually really enjoy going now which I never thought would be the case. Nadine is really knowledgeable and completely non judgemental. We always have a laugh during our sessions and the time really does fly by. I’d recommend Nadine to anyone looking to gain confidence in the gym.

Nadine is absolutely lovely !! i’ve always been nervous to have a personal trainer and going to the gym however once training with her, she put me at ease immediately and i’ve managed to gain the confidence on going gym more ! her sessions are packed with exercises for your specific goal and she supports you all the way through. overall, Nadine is an absolutely amazing PT trainer, easy to talk to and very friendly! I’d definitely recommend her �

I had been out of the gym environment since pre-covid and with having an inactive job, I knew I needed to get back into working out regularly. Not having the motivation or accountability to go to the gym on my own, I decided to find a PT. When I first approached Nadine, she immediately made me feel at ease. I really enjoy my sessions with Nadine, they’re challenging with a variety of exercises, and I always look forward to the next session. She always offers the right level of encouragement and support for both sessions and nutrition. Since training with Nadine, I’ve started to feel more confident and stronger. I really appreciate the changes I’ve already noticed, and I can’t wait to continue to reach my goals.

Nadine has helped me enjoy going to the gym again, and I look forward to my workouts now instead of dreading them. She comes to each PT session with a varied and well-thought-out fitness programme exactly tailored to my needs. She manages to push me hard in my sessions, but she still keeps it fun.
